John Fippin went to work for Magnetic Studios in 1969, and bought the company in 1981. The disciplines and traditions of classical audio recording and editing inform his cutting-edge mastery of Pro Tools and an arsenal of creative weapons. No wonder a loyal following of directors, producers, and writers count on John to make sure their audio sounds right. John enjoys announcing motorsports events and his country retreat with his wife, a collection of dogs, several birds and a cat.
